BBQ Fundraiser

BBQ LUNCH FUNDRAISER 

 

The Neosho Wildcat Band Boosters has organized a fundraiser to raise money for the band’s trip to Indianapolis November 14th to 16th. Your student has the opportunity to sell lunches to area businesses that will be delivered to the business on Monday, November 4, 2019.

 

The deadline to submit orders is Wednesday, October 30, 2019. 

 

Each meal will cost $5.00 (additional sandwiches $2.50) and includes a BBQ sandwich from Family Market, a bag of chips, a cookie, and a bottle of water. 

 

We need your help! Please send the following item(s) depending on the section your student is a part of: 

Flutes / Color Guard / Saxophones - Homemade cookies (minimum of 1 dozen per student) 

Clarinets / Trumpets / Baritones / Tubas - Cases of snack size chips 

Mellophones - Packages of Brown Paper Sacks 

Drum Majors - Box of individual Foil wraps 

Percussion - Cases of water 

 

You may pick up or print out order forms, which are available in the band room or online www.neoshoband.com. All you need to do is obtain orders from area businesses and collect money, then turn in your orders on October 30, 2019. 

 

We will NOT deliver to private addresses/homes, but orders may be placed by individuals for Pick Up ONLY. If you sell individual /non-business lunches, please instruct the customer to pick up their meal at the High School atrium by 11:30 am on Monday, November 4, 2019 and note on the order form for “pick up only”. 

Please note a change for this fundraiser: ALL money is due at time of order collection. Drivers will not be collecting money upon delivery. 

 

We need volunteers!! Student and adult workers are needed to set up, make lunches, deliver lunches, and clean up. We also need donations of cookies, individual bags of chips, and bottled water. VOLUNTEERS: Please be at the atrium by 8:00 am, if you would like to assist with set up and making lunches (need 10 people). Drivers are needed by 10:00 am (need 15 people). We should be done by 12:00 pm, including clean up. 

All funds raised from this fundraiser will go toward our trip to Indianapolis for Grand Nationals.
