Band Weather Updates
Due to the anticipated winter weather, there have been various events that have been postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. I wanted to help clarify as it relates to band: The game this week had been rescheduled , and the band is not performing at the game this week . The FULL BAND is performing at the rescheduled Homecoming game on Thursday, February 12th . The PepCats Band currently is scheduled to perform at the game this coming Tuesday, January 27th . December Band Events
This is a busy month of band events. December 5-6th: All-State Band Auditions . Students received their trip itinerary with more specific information. They will be departing the high school this Friday at 12:30pm and will be back Saturday evening. December 6th: Neosho Christmas Parade . The band will meet in the Solomon's Dance Studio parking lot. The band is number 4 in the parade. The parade begins at 5pm. Students will need to be to Solomon's parking lot by 4:30 with
BOA Grand Nationals Schedule
Our final competition of the marching season will be the Bands of America Grand National Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana Thursday, November 13 through Saturday, November 15. Our schedule is as follows: Thursday 6:45 a.m . – Arrive to the high school to load and for bag inspection 8:00 a.m . – Depart high school 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. ’ish’ – Stop for rest room break 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. ’ish’ – Stop at Main Event for lunch provided (students may want money for activities) 4:
