5:30PM Arrive to Endzone in costume to move tarp to Aux Gym 

5:45PM Clean Tarp

6:00PM Warm up 

6:15PM Run Through Drill and Choreo 

7:00PM Audience Enters 

7:10PM Introductions 

7:15PM Begin Show runs 

7:30PM Pack up

9:00AM Arrive at Neosho High School in Costume 

9:30AM DEPART10:45AM Bathroom Break

11:00AM Depart for Lee’s Summit West 

11:15 AM Eat Lunch on Bus 

12:15PM Arrive Lee’s Summit West HS

12:20PM Check In

12:25PM Unload floor 

12:30PM Arrive to our “Home Base”

12:40PM Begin Stretching 

12:55PM Depart for Equipment Warm-Up 

1:00PM Report Time 

1:03PM Warm Up Starts

1:17PM Travel 

1:22PM Holding outside of Gym 

1:35PM PERFORMANCE

After our performance, we will immediately load the tarp onto the bus 

1:45PM Change out of Costume 

2:30PM RETREAT

We will be represented by leadership from the Marching Season

4:13PM Queen City Independent Performs 

4:20PM Grab all personal belongings from home base 

4:25PM Load bus

4:30PM Leave for Neosho High School

5:45PM Bathroom Break 

6:00PM Depart for Neosho High School 

7:15PM Unload at Neosho High School
