Each season, more than 130 student performers proudly represent Neosho through music, movement, and performance at football games, community events, and marching competitions across Missouri.

​

In 2025, the Wildcat Band consistently earned top honors across multiple competitions, including Best Music, Best Percussion, Best Color Guard, and Best General Effect, with repeated first-place class finishes and the highest overall scores of the day. In addition, several students earned individual recognition at the state level — a reflection of the excellence and dedication of our program as a whole.

These students dedicate countless hours to rehearsals and performances while representing our community with pride, discipline, and teamwork.

For the 2026–2027 season, our band will compete at several local and regional competitions, including Carl Junction, Mt. Vernon, Valhalla, and the Carthage Maple Leaf Festival, and culminating in the Bands of America (BOA) Regional in St. Louis — a highly competitive and nationally recognized event. Participation at this level provides our students with an opportunity to perform on a larger stage and measure their growth among some of the top programs in the region.

Your sponsorship directly supports transportation, entry fees, uniforms, equipment, meals, and performance materials — ensuring every Wildcat has the opportunity to participate and succeed.

The Neosho Wildcat Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible.

Sponsor Details

To ensure sponsor recognition materials are produced accurately and on time, please note the following.

​

Sponsor Participation Deadline
To be included on the official sponsorship banner and to receive show shirts, sponsorship commitments should be received by July 1, 2026.

​

Sponsors who join after July 1 are still welcome and will receive all other sponsorship benefits; however, shirts and banner inclusion cannot be guaranteed.

​

Show Shirt Sizes
Sponsors receiving show shirts will be contacted for shirt sizes. Sizes must be submitted by July 1, 2026 to guarantee availability.

​

Logo Submission
Businesses with logo recognition should submit a high-resolution logo file (PNG or SVG preferred) by July 1, 2026. Logos may be emailed to neoshowildcatband@gmail.com.

Ticket Information
Competition tickets included with sponsorship levels are valid for local Missouri marching competitions during the 2026 season and do not apply to Bands of America events.
