March 3 FRIDAY TIMELINE:

5:30 Arrive to Endzone in costume

5:55 Unpack at AUX gym

6:00 Warm Up

6:40 Parents/friends/family/community begin enter gym

6:45 Perform two run throughs

Pack up after run throughs

7:10 Everything in band room ready for Saturday

March 4 SATURDAY TIMELINE:

8 Arrive at Neosho High School in Costume

8:30 DEPART

9:30 Arrive to Nixa High School

9:40 Unload floor at Props Entrance 9:50 Arrive to unit check-in

10 Arrive to our “Home Base” (Hallway where we may store our stuff for the day)

10:10 Watch guards to get a feel for the venue

10:24 Warsaw HS performs, we leave to our Home Base after this performance

10:30 Physical warm-up begins

11:01 Escorted by Nixa staff to our equipment warm up

11:11 14 minute Equipment warm-up

11:27 Ready Outside performance doors

11:34 PERFORMANCE

Immediately following our performance we will load our tarp back onto the bus

11:45-ish Change out of costume

NOON Eat food either from concessions or small thing brought from home

12:45pm RETREAT

This is where all scores will be read for the two rounds in our division as well as cade class. We are in round two.

1 Watch the Winter Winds and Percussion Groups

1:30 The last groups perform

1:50 Arrive to bus

1:55 Bus is fully loaded

2 Leave for Neosho

3:30 Arrive back at Neosho High School

Tickets are $5 for student/child or $7 for adults

No prelims/finals
