5:30 Arrive to Endzone in costume
5:55 Unpack at AUX gym
6:00 Warm Up
6:40 Parents/friends/family/community begin enter gym
6:45 Perform two run throughs
Pack up after run throughs
7:10 Everything in band room ready for Saturday

April 1 SATURDAY TIMELINE:
8AM Arrive at Neosho High School in Costume
8:30 DEPART
10:00 Arrive to Nixa
10:00 Arrive to Unit Check in 10:05 Head to “Home Base” and drop off stuff
Short Bathroom Break
10:22 Unload Floor
10:24 Physical Warm
10:54 Head to Equipment Warm-up
11:04 Equipment Warm-up begins
11:18 Travel to gym doors
11:20 Wait till Performance
11:27 PERFORMANCE
Immediately following the performance run to home base and grab retreat items!
11:50 RETREAT
Everyone will be on the floor in their costume and superhero accessories on top.
We are in round 2
Following retreat, stay on the floor to take pictures!
12:30 Head to homebase to grab all of our stuff and change into NICE CLOTHES
12:40 Load bus
12:45 Head to Lunch

3:30 Finish eating and leave to continue watching guards
4:00 Arrive to Willard
We will remain at Willard until the last group performs at 9:15
9:20 Gather in lobby to return to bus
9:30 Load and depart from Willard
11:00 Be back at Neosho High School

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please eat breakfast before arriving in the morning
Tickets are $15 and $10
You will have access to all 3 show sites all day
There is a souvenir stand
No prelims/finals
Recording and picture taking is very much encouraged
