Pitt State Jazz Festival Itinerary
Friday, March 6th
7:00 AM - Warmup and Rehearse (Makeup)
8:00 AM - Depart Neosho High School
9:00ish AM - Arrive at Pitt State
9:15 AM - Unload, Restroom/Drink, Check out Stage
10:00 AM - Warm Up in Green Room
10:30 AM - Performance, Memorial on Stage, Upstairs
11:00 AM - Pictures

11:30 to 12:30 Clinics

12:30 to 2:00 - Lunch at the Mall Bring $$
2:45 to 4:45 - Watch Jazz Bands
Raytown, Wagoner, Kickapoo, Gravette
4:45 - 6:45 PM Dinner (Time is with Travel) Bring $$
7:00 PM - Concert Doors Open
7:30 - 9:30 PM - Concert (The Vanguard Jazz Orchestra)
9:45’ish - Pack & Leave Pitt State
11:00 PM - Arrive at NHS unload and go home!
Dress: Nice Clothes w/ Dress Shoes.
Equipment: Double check that you have your music, instrument, reeds/accessories, etc.
Rhythm Section:
Bring Bass Amp and Chords
Bring drum set, cymbals, and hardware
They will provide a piano and vibes
Please bring an extra 1/4th inch cord or two.
Clinics after Performance:
Rhythm - 11:30 to 12:00 - Memorial on Stage
Trombone - 11:30 to 12:00 - Memorial Downstairs
Trumpet - 11:30 to 12:00 - Bicknell Main Hall
Saxophone - 12:00 to 12:30 - Bicknell Miller Theatre
Clinic Travel Plans:
The bus will take Trumpet and Saxophones to Bicknell Hall right after we perform.
The bus will then return to Memorial Hall to pick up the Rhythm and Trombones by 12:00
The bus will return to Bicknell Hall to pick up the Trumpets and Saxophones to leave for lunch by 12:30.
