Naturals Game Agenda

Our first touring performance is this Tuesday, August 27th taking place before the Arkansas Naturals baseball game at Arvest Ballpark-3000 Gene George Blvd., Springdale, AR. Students should be in 'uniform B' for this performance.

3:15 Groups that have sectionals can hold sectionals

4:00 Load the small trailer

4:30 Depart the high school

5:45 Arrive at Arvest Ballpark and unload

6:00 Warmup/tune

6:20 Move to the field

6:30 Pre-Game Performance

6:50 Move to the outfield

6:55 Perform National Anthem

7:00 Game begins (return to the buses, load the trailer, and reenter the stadium)

8:45ish Load up the buses to depart

10:00 Arrive in Neosho, unload, and go home

Students will need to have some cash on hand to eat dinner at the ballpark. It is $1 brat night and we are told there are several affordable options for meals. Students are representing our program, school, and community. Please be courteous to our hosts, and others in attendance.

We have one student who will be throwing out the first pitch, several who will be taking a tour of the stadium, and others earning another pair of tickets. These are incentives provided to students selling the most tickets.
