On Thursday, August 9th the band will be holding a lunch fundraiser. The band is taking order forms till next Monday, August 6th. Each meal will cost $5.00 (additional sandwiches $2.50) and include a BBQ sandwich from Family Market, a bag of chips, a cookie, and a bottle of water. Students will be providing many materials. The following is needed:
Flutes / Color Guard / Saxophones - Homemade cookies (minimum of 1 dozen per student)
Clarinets / Trumpets / Baritones / Tubas - Cases of snack size chips
Mellophones - Packages of Brown Paper Sacks
Drum Majors - Box of individual Foil wraps
Percussion - Cases of water
We will NOT deliver to private addresses / homes, but orders may be placed by individuals for Pick Up ONLY. If you sell individual / non-business lunches, please instruct the customer to pick up their meal at the atrium by 12:00 pm on the Thursday, August 09, 2018 and note on the order form for “pick up only”.
ALL money is due at time of order collection. Drivers will not be collecting money upon delivery.
We need volunteers!! Student and adult workers are needed to set up, make lunches, deliver lunches, and clean up. If you can help in any way, please complete the sign-up email you will get from the Band Boosters, or contact Grace Schroader 417-342-3812 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
VOLUNTEERS: Please be at the atrium by 8 am if you would like to assist with set up and making lunches (need ~10 people). Drivers are needed by 10 am (need 15 people). Students who stay to help through clean up will be served lunch while supplies last. We should be done by noon, including clean up.
