Right now the trip has just over one bus load currently signed up. The rate per person would drastically raise if we are not able to fill a second bus (the buses themselves each have a set cost whether they are full or not). The travel company has time to reserve the buses but are needing to start planning on trip costs per person being refigured. Especially if they will need to change that drastically. They said they were going to contact people who have not kept up with the current monthly payment schedule to gage interest on the trip and see if one bus would be best. Especially financially to keep costs near where originally planned. I was told if anyone is concerned about being able to come up with funds they are currently behind then they should contact the travel company directly about a payment plan and that will keep them on the current travel list. Remember the first $75 is to have been a nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot and allow the company to make certain payments on your behalf to the multiple events scheduled. If you decide to cancel and have a small portion ($75 or less) currently paid in then that would not be refunded. If you decide to cancel and have over that amount then $75 would not be refunded but the remaining balance will. I hope this information has been helpful.
